The Hong Kong Observatory issued the Rainstorm Warning Signal at 7:40 a.m. The Education Bureau has announced that students of AM schools and whole-day schools are not required to attend school today. Therefore, the Chinese Summer Bridging Programme will be suspended today, and the P.3–4 Parent-child Outdoor Visit to the Hong Kong Museum of Medical Sciences will be cancelled.
