December 12th, 2025 was a special day as we held our Sports Day at the Sham Shui Po Sports Ground. With our students' excitement warming them up from the chilly weather, the day began with morning exercises and the athletes' oath. Our Headmistress, Ms Chui, gave opening remarks about the importance of sportsmanship and perseverance. Our P.3-P.6 athletes participated in a range of events including long jump, softball throw, sprints, and relay races. Students cheered passionately for their classmates with creative chants and colorful banners, creating a wonderful atmosphere.
The parent-child relay races were one of the highlights, with many parents joining their children on the track. The teacher-student relay was also exciting, showcasing great teamwork and school spirit. The morning concluded with the awards ceremony.
We were honoured to have Ms Angel Wong Hiu Ying, an Olympic gymnast, as our guest speaker. Ms. Wong has represented Hong Kong in many international competitions, including the Olympic Games in London in 2012, and shared her journey and encouraged students to stay active, chase their dreams, and never give up.
Thanks to all of the parents who attended and participated, especially in the parent-child relay races. Special thanks to our parent volunteer team for ensuring the event ran smoothly, and to the staff at Sham Shui Po Sports Ground. Congratulations to all participants for your effort and sportsmanship!
